The wood-trade workers are angry after 41-year-old father of union workers to improve their popular 40/40 Club, failed to hire.

The five non-union labor ugly inflatable rats used in this week's sign stands outside a posh Manhattan venue.

The carpenters went too far by shouting racial abuse during the protest, according to the 99 Problems star’s rep Lauren Manache.

She said, “The union is trying to bully 40/40 to hire union workers”.

She added, “They were shouting racial slurs and it was a very inappropriate demonstration”.

She said, “They even used the N-word on the street and during phone calls to 40/40 management”.

The Carpenters union did not return calls for comment.

Manache added, “We have the right to hire a contractor who is not in the union”.
