Jay-Z's Sports Bar in New York plan appears to have written a letter to the newspaper.
In this letter, New York Daily News printed as an advertisement, Jay-Z explains that the 40/40 club is now closed in September but will open again after refurbishment.
Jay-Z writes in the letter, 'The 40/40 Club's makeover will draw inspiration from the energy, grandeur and opulence of New York City nightlife'.
